If you want to really determine if coffee is "for you", trying some freshly roasted & ground coffees from different regions like >>21 said is perfect. If the coffee is good and fresh, you don't have to mask it with cream & sugar. Instant coffees are stale and can have really sour flavors that put people off of the drink altogether, but fresh coffees can have a ton of different tastes and flavors. People that get turned off by a bad brew are missing out on a world of flavor!

I used to bring an Aeropress to work every day, but I've been trying to get better sleep lately so I no longer drink coffee after my morning cups and the Aeropress stays at home.
