Time

I have the impression that time has been passing incredibly fast lately, no matter how I spend it. While a month used to feel like a long time, now I perceive it as ~2 weeks, and one day as 5 hours.
I think it's a sign that I'm getting older, though I'm still objectiely young.
Does anyone relate?

Yea, time certainly does seem to be flying by for me as well, but I think that's mostly due to me being pretty busy this year.
Is there really such a thing as objectively young? Who or what decides what is objectively young? If you're under half your expected life-span, are you objectively young?

I had that a lot too in recent years.
Being a wageslave doesn't make this any easier either, so many days feel the same and the change I need in my life doesn't happen so I'm stuck in a rut, my life feels like it's stagnating while at the same time I feel pressured by growing old. Though I do try to make a difference myself but it's not easy.
I don't know if it's natural, from what I hear from other people it's not a very unique problem but it could be a "society" kind of thing.

I have felt this way ever since I graduated high school almost 4 years ago. Ended up joining the workforce right after, lost connection with many friends and fell out of touch with many old hobbies. I still feel like I've been on summer vacation and waiting to go back, it's weird.

I don't know, I was thinking anything under 30 is young.

Yeah, especially when I'm on a weekly schedule. Right now I seem to be spending every week looking forward to the weekend, and every weekend trying to enjoy myself as much as possible before the next week starts. Before I knew it, 8 weeks had already passed. Deadlines are coming up soon and I'm behind.

Something I've noticed is that when you don't have any major events to break the monotony and the routine of the days time does indeed slow down significantly.

it varies. Sometimes it feels fast other times it feels slow. I'm moving between fast and slow time lane all the time. It is what it is so whatever

Time has been insanely fast the last 5 years.
