NetBook
You got this netbook from your parents, years ago. It's been through three batteries and a hard drive. The surface is scuffed and worn down, and the letters have worn off of most of the keys. But because of the OS you're running on it, it still flies and performs great. You love this battered little old thing. What a trooper. You open it and boot it up. It automatically connects to a local meshnet node nearby. Well, you're not pressed for time. If you want you could either run your WebBrowser and look at the textboard for the local area. Or you could run the BitMessage program and see if you have any letters from back home. Or maybe not right now, you could shut the system down and go back to the LivingRoom or the SmallKitchen.
