I want to start sleeping at night. I usually go to bed in the wee hours and wake up at around 7am, getting about 3 or 4 hours a night, and about once a week I don't sleep at all. On the weekend I sleep 2 or 3 times as much as usual. But I want to discipline myself to consistently get 8 hours a night, or at least 6. I also want to get up earlier, which mean I'll need to go to bed a lot earlier.
