Healthy living.

I've been doing things that I think will help me to be a better person, more healthy, and better interact with the people and places around me when I I am working to eat and drink better. I drink from well water in place of city or bottled water whenever I can. (It certainly tastes a lot better. I eat food from local farmers markets and local garden growers. The food tastes better and the money I spend goes into the pockets on local people to in turn also spend the money locally. Which feels good and is good for the economy. I am always reading a book. I can't ever be not reading one. I have to do other things of course, work and school, but when I'm able I pick up whatever book I'm on and keep reading it. I've been working on a nice homepage for myself too so I can help keep my internet habits from straying too far. It'll be clean and have small font. I'll make it show nice messages every day, embed my weather, and grab major news headlines. Underneath that I'll just have links to my most useful sites to keep my on track of things I'm supposed to be getting done.

Are you guys doing anything like that?

I am! I used to exercise pretty regularly at a local gym, but I guess I got bored of the routine and stopped going after a few months. Since then I've moved into a little town in the middle of the nowhere, surrounded by forest. So I've donned the ol' running shoes again and just started running random routes into the forest, which is certainly a lot more interesting than running on a treadmill in front of a television! The 'Zombies, Run!' app also makes it a lot more interesting, it's a (you've guessed it) zombie-themed running assistant with a pretty good story so far. I'm also trying to take my time and cook more interesting stuff; I got 2 chickens recently that lay daily eggs and I'm trying to grow my own vegetables!

You're doing it right, man, i want to start a couple of better habits by myself too. Ever since i moved to a smaller town to start college i've been eating a lot of junk food and my time on the internet and playing games has only increased. With that i ended up gaining more weight which is only a sign that something is not right. I'm still about to see what kind of exercises i'll get into, but as for the food part it's pretty easy, just gotta change what i buy on the market. Let's see how far can i go. Oh, also, i should be reading some more books too, but i'll try to focus on that later.

I wish I could live healthy, but I'm too busy, and lazy whenever I'm not busy.

I've been easing my way into a healthy diet over a few years and it's gotten to a point where I am really happy with it. I've also signed up for hot yoga a few weeks ago and I feel like it's the best thing I've done for my body in a while, as my life for a long time was largely sedentary.

Doing beneficial things for myself really makes me feel wonderful.

Yeah I'd really like to get a workout going.

I got a new job next to a small local grocery store and have been buying fresh fruit every morning for breakfast on my way to work.
