I like the idea of a video game board in that fashion, with a subject (single game) that changes every month/week/every time the board opens. I'd certainly post there, if it was active, but activity would be a problem. You'd need to find a way to get all of your users (or most) on concurrently to discuss, or play together in the case of multiplayer games. Easiest way to do that would probably be to rip off /tea/.
