I think it's a matter of comfort and familiarity. I typically drink Folgers, since that's what I'm used to, and by now it's what feels like the morning. I have had and quite enjoyed what might qualify to you as good coffee, but I wouldn't drink it every day for the same reason I don't eat at a 3 star restaurant every day.
