It's cold, and there's really nothing better to heat you up then a favourite meal, right? What's a food that you not only think is delicious, but stirs up warmth and happiness inside of you? I hope you can have some of it, soon.

I grew up in a traditional Italian household, so I love pasta, especially spaghetti, with a nice, rich, meaty bolognese sauce. Being sat around the table with my family on a lazy Sunday afternoon with a heaping plate, some nice, crusty bread, and a tall, hard drink is such a cherished memory. My mother used to make an absolute ton of it with sausage, beef, and pork, and we'd all have at least two plates.
